We are seeking to recruit a General Office and Facilities Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis, either full time or part time (up to 25 hours per week). The role will be based at our office in Llansamlet, Swansea.

Key responsibilities:
Working within the Administration Department , reporting to the Practice and Operations Director, the successful applicant will assist with:
- Collection and delivery of Royal Mail and Special Deliveries
- Day to day deliveries, taking documents to Court and other Solicitor firms
- Delivering mail to our Carmarthen Office
- Administration duties including scanning, photocopying and binding documents
- Replenishing supplies required by the offices
- File retrievals from offsite storage location daily (this involves some physical lifting and lone working)
- Management and organisation of files and deeds at offsite storage location
Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in manual handling, to lift and carry boxes when needed
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working as part of a team and independently
In addition, the successful candidate be able to drive and hold a clean driving license as they will have use of the Company vehicle during working hours.
