Morgan LaRoche is a commercial legal practice specialising in the provision of services to clients locally, nationally and internationally. The practice was established in January 2002 by experienced partners and senior solicitors from a large national UK firm, and since then, it has gone from strength to strength, attracting not only a substantial UK wide client base, but also now looks after the UK interests of a number of international organisations.
With significant experience in a diverse range of legal disciplines including corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, employment, litigation, planning, regulatory and insolvency, our aim is simply to put clients first. In creating our own niche commercial practice in 2002, we freed ourselves from the layers of bureaucracy which is prevalent in today’s large legal firms; and by doing so, we are able to deliver value and provide focused services to an inclusive range of clients.
