About Rhian
Rhian has specialised in Private Client law for over 18 years. Rhian advises on all areas of private client work however she specialises in the effective administration of high-value estates and the preparation of complex Wills.
Rhian acts for both professional and lay executors in administering estates and has experience of dealing with high value estates that include business, agricultural assets and foreign assets. Rhian also deals with high value trust administration work.
Rhian advises elderly and vulnerable clients (and their families and friends) on Court of Protection matters, Powers of Attorney and care funding matters, often working closely with accountants and financial advisors to help individuals plan ahead.
Rhian has also lectured Succession Law at the University of Wales Trinity St David.
