About Jason

Jason specialises in complex commercial litigation, with a particular interest in commercial property and landlord and tenant disputes.  Jason regularly acts for a wide range of clients in all Civil Courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, as well as before the Property Chamber (First and Upper-tier Tribunal) and is able to provide expert advice on commercial/property litigation disputes including:-
