About Eleanor
Eleanor undertook her training at Morgan LaRoche and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2015. Since qualifying, Eleanor specialises in a range of both contentious and non-contentious Construction matters including:
- Advising on and the drafting of professional consultant’s appointments and collateral warranties
- Providing legal advice on dispute management and avoidance
- Drafting of standard form and bespoke building and engineering contracts and amendments
- Assisting in the preparation of adjudication proceedings, arbitrations and mediations in construction contract disputes
