About Cassie

Cassie has specialised in family law for over 9 years and has a wide experience of representing clients in a range of diverse and complex family law matters.

Cassie deals with all aspects of family work with an emphasis on divorce and financial matters, particularly high net worth financial cases. Her experience includes disputes involving foreign jurisdictions with over-seas assets, injunctions to protect assets prior to final settlement and drafting complex pre and post nuptial agreements. Cassie often acts for clients who own their own business and regularly works closely with our Corporate and Litigation Teams to provide advice on steps to be taken following initial separation including interim shareholder’s agreements.

Cassie also routinely deals with all aspects of private children matters, including applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, Domestic Violence issues and cohabitation disputes including disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Cassie also works on a diverse range of cases including care standards and other regulatory investigations such as health and safety cases. Her work includes acting for both private clients and the public sector such as Local Authorities in Child Care proceedings and other children and vulnerable adult safeguarding matters.

Cassie is a fluent Welsh speaker and can advise in English and Welsh.
