About Casey
Casey joined Morgan LaRoche in October 2022 as a Paralegal, before undertaking her training at Morgan LaRoche. During her training, she gained experience in the Litigation and Construction departments, before qualifying as a Solicitor into the Construction team in May 2026.
Casey has gained experience advising clients on a wide variety of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including:
- Advising on and drafting standard form and bespoke building and engineering contracts and amendments;
- Advising on and drafting professional consultant’s appointments and collateral warranties; and
- Assisting in the preparation of adjudications, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution proceedings in construction contract disputes.
