The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has issued new guidance on sexual harassment and harassment at work. It replaces previous guidance published in December 2017, which has been deleted from the EHRC’s website. The new guidance has been published as a result of, among other things, the EHRC’s March 2018 report “Turning the Tables“, which highlighted the most prevalent issues relating to harassment and made recommendations to the government.
